B. During this period, if machine problem is caused by operator own mistake, we will charge you the half costs for the spare parts, and charge you the DHL costs.
Exceeding the 12 months quality time, If you need some spare parts, we will have to charge you the spare parts on full value and charge you the DHL costs.
