OVERVIEW
This series surface grinder is not only applied to the surface grinding of steel piece, casting piece and other metal material, but also can handle the machining of the slots and flanch surface.
This manual surface grinder with good control box and the electrical parts adopted SIEMENS and other famous brand. The circuit is well designed insure more safety.
1. Wheel Head
The wheel head adopts the bearing bush structure, so that to handle the heavy duty machining job. The wheel head vertical movement is controlled manually, it also equips with the rapid elevating unit to reduce the labor intensity and improve the working efficiency.
2. Workable
The worktable longitudinal movement is driven by the vane pump, so that to make the movement stable and fluently with low noise.
3. Accuracy
The accuracy of this machine is 0.005mm and it can meet the routine machining job requirement.
4. Operation
The machine gets the hydraulic auto feed and manual feed in cross feed unit, which is very convenient for operation.
The machine not only works stable and performance reliable, but also gets the advantages of low noise, accuracy stable and easy operation.
Standard Equipment:
wheel flange, balancing arbor, wheel extractor,
coolant tank, working lamp, Tools, wheel dresser stand(not include diamond pen, standard grinding wheel, leveling wedge, leveling bolt, standard magnetic chuck
Optional Accessories:
wheel stand, Coolant tank with magnetic separator, coolant with magnetic separator and paper filter
WORKSHOP
1, Our quality gurantee time is 12 months since the machine on board date.
A, During this period, if something damaged owing to our machine itself, we will supply you the spare parts free and post to you by DHL or some similar courier within 7 days
B. During this period, if machine problem is caused by operator own mistake, we will charge you the half costs for the spare parts, and charge you the DHL costs.
2. Exceeding the 12 months quality time, If you need some spare parts, we will have to charge you the spare parts on full value and charge you the DHL costs
