Production process of Universal knee-type milling machine (X6132):

Horizontal milling machine FEATURES  
1  Swallow tail guide ways with high accuracy.
2. Hardened and ground table surface, guideways with longer life.
3. Automatic feeds on x,y axes, motorized lifting and lowering of table on z axis
4. Head spindle swivel angle +/-45 degrees; 
5. with enforce lubricating on X,Y,Z-axis and guide way  with less ware out for  the machine
5.Knee part with 3 supporter for Heavy load on the worktable.
6. Table Longitudinal and cross auto-feed with interlock system to avoide the error operation.
7. Worktable can be rotary, by +-45°for more wide use of the cutting. By the rotary, with the dividing head accessory can realize spiral plane cutting .
8. Main transmission and feeding part are with gear-drive for heavy-cutting.
