1. Overview
MDY series hydraulic press is ideal equipment for automotive service. It could be used for mounting, dismounting, alignment, calendaring, stretching, bending, punching, etc.
It adapted Italy CNK and CBZ pump, the double pump combined together to supply oil, so it could save energy 60% and improve efficiency 2-3 multiple compare with the traditional hydraulic press. It takes the advantages of simple structure, high pressure, small size and light weight.
The worktable could be reciprocate moving, so enlarged the open-close height of the machine, and make the machine easy operation.
Widely used for assembling-disassembling, straightening, forming, punching, pressing the parts in electromechanical line, also used for assembling-disassembling countershaft and semi-shaft in automobile repairing line, and used for shoveling, punching, riveting the eight-wheel, and it the necessary press machinery in other lines.
2. Technique software
This machine adopts hydraulic-type press, being of huge press, hydraulic motor, reliable performance and low noise. The operation table is set with each indication button, being of automatic, easy operation, safety and low error rate.
3. Working principle
Hydraulic transmission is a kind of driving method that transmit momentum and proceed control through the liquid pressure. Hydraulic device consists of hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder (hydraulic motor), hydraulic control valve and hydraulic auxiliary components
1). Hydraulic pump: Transmit mechanical power to hydraulic power
2). Hydraulic cylinder: Transmit hydraulic power to mechanical power
3). Control valve: Control the flow, direction, pressure of hydraulic oil, working order of hydraulic actuating mechanism and protect the hydraulic circuit. Generally speaking is to control and regulate the flow, pressure and flow rate of hydraulic medium. Thereby control the movement direction of the actuator, output force or torque. Movement speed, action sequence, as well as the limitations and adjusting hydraulic system of working pressure, avoid the overload and so on (such as one-way valve, reversing valve, relief valve, pressure reducing valve, sequence valve, throttle valve, regulating valve, etc.)

4. Main structure
Hydraulic press is a kind of machine which use the hydraulic oil as working medium, hydraulic pump as power source, reply on the pump force to make hydraulic oil enter into cylinder/piston through hydraulic pipeline. Then there are several groups of cooperating sealing element in the oil cylinder/piston. Different position of the seal is different, but all have the effect of sealing, that the hydraulic oil cannot be compromised. Finally through one-way valve to make hydraulic oil circulate in the oil tank, make oil cylinder/piston do looping work to accomplish mechanical movement as productivity.
The hydraulic press consists of main body and control system. The main body including the body, the main oil cylinder, the lifting cylinder and the liquid filling device. The power system consists of the oil tank, the high pressure pump, the low voltage control system, the motor and many kinds of press valves and directional valves. The power system is make many circulating movements which the pump and many kinds of hydraulic valves to finfish the transform, adjustment and transportation under the control of the electric installation.
5. Hydraulic system
Hydraulic system is composed of gear pump, valve box, fluid connectors, auxiliary hydraulic.
Hydraulic valve adopts YUKEN sandwich valve series, which makes the pipe-work simple, and maintenance and debugging convenient.
The system is composed of three loops, overpressure protection and pressure regulation loop, synchronous loop and speed loop.
Pressure regulation loop regulates the system pressure through main overflow valve.
6. Electric control system
6-1. Overview
Electric control system of this equipment is composed of operation table, console, and hand-hold button box. Driving power supply is three phase four wire system 380V/50Hz.
Electric control adopts PLC programmable control system, few relays, reliable operation and long useful time.
The control cabinet is set with all control buttons and indicators for the whole process of rolling so as to monitor and control the situation of rolling of the whole machine
6-2.Protections
Each motor has corresponding circuit breaker for over current short-circuit protection;
Each motor has corresponding thermal relay for load protection.
The main power breaker has separation trip, there has "emergency push button" on the side of operation table and tipping supporting structure respectively to shut off the main power remotely.

9. Attention Line
NOTE: FORBIDDEN REVERSE ROTATION.
1. Before using, please check the rotating direction of oil pump matches to the label mark.
2. Fill 32# or 46# hydraulic oil into the pump.
3. Oil measure is up to the strpulations.
4. When change the oil, make sure the oil is clean and lotion the fuel tank.(The replacement period is 6 months.)
5. The change temperature is 10-50°C.
6. Before start the pump, please put the directional valve handle to the center position.
7. During usage, if found the temperature is too high, should stop using till it is cool.
8. The machine is adjusted to properly pressure before leaving the factory, if you want to change it, be sure not to exceed its capacity.
9. Forbidden pressing with no load, and the piston rod is on the up dead positon.
10. Maintence
1. The hydraulic oil must be replaced the first half year. Then you can replace it still the nest one year.
2. After replace the oil, please make the piston rod reciprocating move several times, so remove the air inside the cylinder.
